DELIVERY

Your order is our main priority. We always try to do our best and process your order within 24 hours of receipt.

Since every item that you order is manufactured from a scratch just for You, the delivery might take longer than usual. We stand against fast fashion industry where products are continually produced to provide instant demand of mass market. In reality, every item requires time and human effort to come to life. As a result, we kindly ask for your patience in case the delivery takes slightly longer than expected.

 

This is important: delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Payment and customs issues may cause a delay.

COUNTRIES

We currently ship to everywhere in Europe. Shipping to European countries is FREE of charge with every purchase over 100 euros.

If you are located outside Europe and would like to purchase HUGINN MUNINN product, please contact us via email: info@cbdoilforsaleusa.com. We will calculate the shipping costs and delivery times for your country.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

European Union

For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.

 

Rest of the World

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, that are set once the package reaches the country. In this case order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Charges for each order may differ as those are imposed directly by countries local customs.

 

RETURN

Even when we put all love into every order, things may still happen. Whether it’s the wrong size or not quite your style, you can always return or exchange your item.

Follow these simple steps and send your purchase back to us within 14 days since delivery.

The item can either be exchanged or we can issue you a refund.

Note to the returns of personalised shirts! Under the State Consumer Rights Protection Service decision, shirts, which meet individual needs (such as the embroidery of personal initials) cannot be returned. (Reference: Paragraph 3 of Part II of Article 6.228(10) of the Lithuanian Republic Civil Code)

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and undamaged.  All original packaging, price labels etc. have to be returned with the product in unaltered condition. All original tags must be attached to the item.

Always include the copies of invoice and the evidence of your payment.

Do not forget to fill in the return note which you will find on the other side of the invoice. Please indicate the reason for return, replacement or refund.

Please be careful when trying on your newly bought item. We kindly ask you not to wear any perfume and make sure that there is no trace of make up left, because it can affect your eligibility for return.

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for return.

 

MANUFACTURING DEFFECTS

Errors are human! If one happens by an accident due to manufacturing fault, we will repair the product without charge, replace it with the new one, or return the full cost of item including the shipping cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under the warranty can be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for shipping.

We will exchange the goods or refund the money to your bank account within 14 business days after we receive your item at our warehouse.
